Cancellation Policy
We hope you will be happy with the treatment you have booked or paid for with us. We also understand that sometimes circumstances change.
The following cancellation policy is in effect for all treatments offered at Face Up MediSpa:
Appointment Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your appointment we kindly request 24 hours notice. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment you will be charged in full for your treatment unless this is Covid related.
PRE-PAID Appointment Cancellations
No refunds will be given for cancelled pre-paid appointments. Pre-paid appointments can be moved to a different date without further charge.
Treatment Packages
If you have paid in full for a treatment package and decide not to go ahead for any reason, a refund of the amount paid can be requested provided that none of the paid for treatments have taken place.
Refunds are subject to a £50 admin fee (unless this was paid for separately).
Please note: Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment was made. Credit card refunds need to be made in person as we are unable to refund remotely.
